Our Grand Banquet Room can seat up to 350 guests. Each setup is customized to your specifications!
Our room rental includes: white table linens, white linen napkins, white table skirting, tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, set up, and clean up.
We can meet as many times as you like! I want you to feel 100% comfortable with your decision to host your reception at Kilkarney Hills. I can arrange my schedule to meet with you on evenings and weekends, plus I always encourage you to call or email me at anytime!
The banquet room is yours from 8am to 1am. We ask your DJ/Band stops playing at midnight and we give you an extra hour to collect your centerpieces or anything else you may want to take home with you.
Of course you can! We do ask that you are respectful of the golfers on the course. We do have many picturesque locations near the banquet room so you do not need to walk far. You and your photographer are more than welcome to come to Kilkarney days before your reception to look for the ideal location for your photos!
